Change and Loss can be difficult to navigate, and no one should have to do it on their own. Adjusting to job loss, moving, relationship losses, and death of a loved one all require our energy and focus as we process through various complex emotions. As an unavoidable part of life, navigating grief is an important step in all of our journeys.

Decreased mood, energy, motivation, lack of interest, difficulties engaging socially, racing and harmful thoughts that can make concentration difficult if not impossible. These symptoms and more are clear markers of the challenges we face with anxiety and depression. Relationship Conflict

Conflict is normal in even the healthiest of relationship dynamics. Which is why having a healthy way to navigate conflict is so essential in improving the quality and longevity of our relationships. We tend to learn these skills during childhood directly from our caregivers and adults in our life. This is why we tend to grow up reenacting their behaviors in new relationships we form. When we can learn new ways of regulating our emotions, then we can change the way we approach and handle conflict.

About Me

Hi, I’m Tori! I am a trauma therapist with a deep love for wellness and healing. I’m very passionate about working with psychedelics, EMDR, and somatic practices to assist along the healing process. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for my clients to feel comfortable to work through their experiences.

I believe everyone is the expert of their own life and deserves emotional well-being and healthy relationships. Throughout our time in therapy, I will work alongside you to help you develop necessary skills, achieve a greater sense of self-worth, and improve life functioning and satisfaction.
